With Mega Spa, you deal directly with the owners and the Mega Spa family so that you are kept up to date every step of the way. We even conduct our own deliveries, and offer support long after you've had your first soak.

How quickly can I have my spa?

If you choose one of over 100 spas we have in stock, usually we can have the spa in its new home within a few days!

Whats the maintinace like?

This depends on the sanitising system & spa you choose. No matter what you decide is best for you, if you do get stuck we will help get you back on track, no problem. The cleaner you keep your filters the better your pumps will work and the cleaner your water will be. We give you 'megaballs' designed by the owner himself to take some pressure off your filters too.

When it is time to empty & replace the water, we will walk you through the process. Depending on model, this will be sometime between 4months -2 years.

Are the spas noisy?

Thanks to the new honeycomb cabinets, our Hydro Max spas are quieter than ever! Plus you set them to only do their heating and filtering during the day (when your solar panels are generating power!) so you wont hear even a tiny hum during the night time. The insulation on the ABS base is designed to absorb noise too.

Does the pricing include delivery?

Delivery is never free, it's always worked into the cost somewhere. We prefer to be transperant with what things cost and why, and prefer to charge each person their true cost of delivery, and not a number that will even out. It wouldnt be fair to include a hidden delivery fee into a pickup, which is ALWAYS free! All deliveries are done by Mega Spa, not a 3rd party, if possible.

Whats the warranty like?

Although our warranty is pretty standard for the industry, we offer a TRUE warranty, meaning we won't find a false reason to not warrant your spa. We very rarely have any issues due to the quality of our product. All warranty jobs are performed by Mega Spa Australia and not a 3rd party.

Are your spas variable?

The 15 amp & 32 amp spas in our Hydro Max range are variable, as they have an SV2, SV3 or SV4 controller. This means they will maintain temperature while your jets are on high speed. Please note the SVMINI is not capable of supporting a variable heater.

What should I expect to pay?

Our Hydromax range is priced between $4,999 and $39,999 depending on the model. These spas do NOT have confusing upgrades, so what you see is what you get. They are priced as low as possible while ensuring quality, as well as our small family business remaining sustainable.
